Clear communication of when work will be started and with no rearranging of starting. Clear on price and the steps of work that were being carried out and time frame of completion. Very well priced and reliable. Only a small amount of rain managed to slow the job down as David and Luke got stuck in and finished the job with superb results. I will definitely be rehiring if I need any further groundwork doing.
